HOW TO START A RENTAL ORDER
Request a rental quote by adding your favorite items to a Wishlist using the "Add to Wishlist" button found on our product pages. Next, email your Wishlist link to email@example.com and we’ll create a custom invoice for you. In addition to your Wishlist link we’ll also need your event date and delivery address/venue name. Our goal is to make your event truly shine and take the heavy lifting off your shoulders! We have a talented team of event specialists who arrive to each event to drop off and set-up the furniture for you. Then later that night or the next morning once your event is finished we'll come back and clear the space.
Our rental order minimum is $400.00 not including delivery or fees.
Rent a lounge or cocktail package and take advantage of bulk discounts. It’s a great way to access to a larger assortment of furniture for your event. We try to accommodate package substitutions to the best of our ability so that your furniture is customized to your event. If you have a color or design in mind we can create a custom option. Additional discounts don’t apply.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY RENTALS?
We suggest securing your rental order after you’ve picked a venue. We have customers who book 1.5+ years in advance because they fall in love with a specific set of furniture and don’t want to risk losing the items to other customers booking for that same date.
LENGTH OF RENTAL
Good news: we don’t charge extra for multi-day events like most other shops do! If you rent furniture for a trade show, conference or other multi-day event we offer the same 1-day rental rate for events up to 6-days long. Week or month-long rentals are possible at a different rate.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE
Delivery fees are based on round trip mileage to the event and are impacted by the size of truck that’s needed. All of our events are assigned a delivery manager and crew to efficiently set-up and tear down your rentals. We don’t charge extra for late night delivery.
Rentals are expected to be given back in original condition after each event. If damages occur during use the customer is responsible to cover a repair or replacement fee whichever is less. Replacement fees are available upon request.
